Parent Volunteer Opportunities

There are two types of volunteer opportunities at Aspire Pacific Academy: on-campus volunteers who are in contact with students and off-campus volunteers who participate in school organized community events or other volunteer activities outside of the school, in the public space.
On-Campus Volunteers must provide the school with a California Department of Justice (DOJ) clearance and results from a Tuberculosis test with a result of negative, as well as fill out the proper Aspire volunteer application. The DOJ clearance can be obtained through a LiveScan fingerprint service provider. Please obtain a LiveScan application and volunteer handbook from the school's front office. You may also visit the California Department of Justice's website for a list of local LiveScan service providers near you or request a printed list front the front office.
On-Campus volunteers assist with activities such as volunteer teacher-aids and chaperoning for field trips and school dances.
Off-Campus Volunteers are not required to provide a DOJ and Tuberculosis clearance to volunteer for things like community service events, morning and afternoon traffic supervision, assisting our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) with fundraisers, and other off campus activities where volunteers are not in direct contact with students. To volunteer for these types of events, please feel free to sign up when we request parent volunteers via ParentSquare or by contacting our Parent Coordinator in the front office.
